How do I log in to my trading terminal with my XM account?

To log in to your trading terminal using your XM account, just follow the steps below:

MT4 account:

  1. 1. Use your unique email address and password created during your registration process
  2. 2. Log in to the Members Area
  3. 3. Click ‘Verify Profile’
  4. 4. Complete the Profile, Investor Profile, and Document Verification steps
  5. 5. Launch MT4 by clicking the XM MT4 icon on your desktop
  6. 6. Select the corresponding server and click 'Next'
  7. 7. Select 'Existing trade account', enter your MT4 ID and password, and click 'Finish'

MT5 account:

  1. 1. Use your unique email address and password created during your registration process
  2. 2. Log in to the Members Area
  3. 3. Click ‘Verify Profile’
  4. 4. Complete the Profile, Investor Profile, and Document Verification steps
  5. 5. Launch MT5 by clicking the XM MT5 icon on your desktop
  6. 6. Select the corresponding server and click 'Next'
  7. 7. Select 'Existing trade account', enter your MT5 ID and password, and click 'Finish'
