Where can I find my account number and trading server?

To find your account number and trading server, please follow these steps:

  • 1. Log in to the Members Area
  • 2. From the ‘Home’ screen, click 'My Accounts’ in the menu
  • 3. Under the ‘Overview of My Accounts’ section, click ‘Manage’ on each account card to reveal more information for that account, including your trading server
